Blake Fowler
CEO
Blake Fowler is the Chief Executive Officer of Fowler Property Management. As CEO, he leads our team and is directly involved throughout our portfolio in development and operations, from acquisition through asset management, financing, and lease-up.
Experience- Founded Fowler Property Management and Fowler Real Estate Group in 2014. Previously, Blake held different positions that have built upon his experience in real estate leasing and sales, construction and general contracting, and property management to offer the very best service in the industry.
Blake is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas in Dallas. He is also a die-hard Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks fan.
Kristie Schrack
Finance Director
Kristie is a lifelong Texan with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington holding over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and business operations management combined. She oversees the financial reporting for our full property and association portfolio, keeping accuracy and organization at the forefront. When she’s not analyzing figures and reports, Kristie enjoys the arts and supporting the Worship Ministry at her local church.
Cindy Martin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Director of Community Management
Cindy Martin is an accomplished and accredited Community Manager. Beginning her journey in the industry back in 2008 and drawing from her diverse roles throughout her career she found her passion.
She is an active member of the DFW Chapter of CAI (Community Association Institute). A CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Association), AMS (Association Management Specialist) and holds her PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager). She was part of the Exam Development Committee for CAMICB (Community Association Managers International Certification Board) and was honored to have been selected as the 2022 DFW CAI Community Manager of the Year.
In her free time, she is a wife, nana to two lovely granddaughters, a very proud mom of her United States Marine Corp son, and people mommy to her fur babies.
Wes Stone
Regional Manager
Meet Wes, our Regional Manager. With a proven track record of driving occupancy rates and rental income growth, he leverages his skills to optimize operational efficiency at our onsite communities.
After leaving University of Alabama, Wes jumped straight into property management. Starting out as a leasing agent and quickly advancing through the different ranks within property management, he boasts 11 years of experience; the majority of which has been spent in leadership roles.
In his free time he enjoys golfing, fishing, and trying new places with friends.
Teddlie Phillips III
Community Manager
Teddlie is a Houston native with a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Houston. Teddlie has over 8 years of experience in HOA Management, managing large community portfolios for multifamily, and single-family properties.
He oversees the day-to-day operations of HOA Community Management. Teddlie focuses on the growth of our HOA portfolio, transparency, and constant communication amongst board members and homeowners.
Beyond his professional achievements, Teddlie enjoys traveling, shopping, wineries, real estate, live music, and spending time with family and friends.

As a multi-site leasing specialist for FPM, Kris is responsible for attracting and securing residents for our multi-site portfolio.
Kris brings a deep understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies to his clients. His commitment to excellence and integrity ensures that his clients receive top-notch service and guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
When not immersed in the world of real estate, Kris enjoys spending time with his two young sons, staying busy with outdoor activities, and being active in the gym.
Maegan Johnson

Maegan is a dedicated property manager who oversees the day-to-day operations of our multi-site portfolio. In 2023 she joined Fowler Property Management in the role of Multi-Site Property Manager.
With a comprehensive background in various areas of property management, including renovations, distressed properties, single family and multi-family assets, and Section 8 housing; her experience and versatility sets her apart.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she thrives on expanding her horizons through continuous learning and cherishes moments spent with loved ones, both human and furry.
