Could not speak more highly of my experience with Fowler Property Management. They manage a building for me in East Dallas that we are currently renovating and have done a superb job despite challenging circumstances.
PM on our building has been fantastic for us. On multiple occasions she has gone above and beyond to assist us with a variety of issues and I hope to have her manage more properties for us in the future. The leasing team is also great and has shown to do whatever it takes to get units leased up. They provide meaningful feedback and help guide renovation decisions.
Overall, I’m thankful that our group decided to use Fowler Property Management to manage our building. The groups dedication to their clients, both owners and tenants is unparalleled and we are excited to continue to grow our relationship as we acquire more buildings in the future!

Fowler Property Management manages 3 properties for me here in Dallas. He (Blake Fowler) is very professional and has a great team under him. He was able to work through a large value add transition and GC the work which ended up really working out well for me and our investors. Everyone, please listen to this. If you own Real Estate, you need Fowler to manage it. Period. Emily Gianforte is the most fantastic property manager I have ever had. She is personable and funny but can be tough as nails when she is protecting your interests. She is smart and efficient and best of all, she follows through and always goes the extra mile. That is almost impossible to find nowadays. She has a great sense of humor and is optimistic, but is the consummate professional at her job. Can’t give her a high enough rating. On a scale of 1 to 10 she is a 100 plus. The Company is growing by leaps and bounds but is able to maintain quality representation. In six months they entirely changed my buildings around. Most of all, this Company is HONEST and LOYAL. I can sleep at night knowing that my investments are safe and secure.
Blake and his team are awesome to work with. He provides updates, end of month reports, online landlord portal, invoices and streamlined documentation that makes it so much easier. They’ll get the checks deposited on time and make the experience very seamless. He is super responsive to requests and always willing to help and guide if needed. I recommend his work!

A: They are very responsive. It’s great to have a someone dedicated to addressing the good, bad, and the ugly.
Q: Do you feel this company operates for the best interest of the HOA or renter, with respect to repairs and costs?
A: As a HOA client the HOA is the main focus. Fowler does not manage the individual rental without having a signed agreement with the individual rental owner. Some of our owners have used him for these services but it is treated separately. On those individually managed units it has helped the HOA with communication to tenants and gain some insight on who is renting at our property.
Q: Do you feel this company is responsive to you and the repair time is acceptable?
A: Blake and his team do a great job in addressing issues quickly. We have had several and it has always been done in a timely fashion. You need to make sure your HOA owners have a realistic timeline. As you are aware that there is a shortage of contractors around the country and therefore an increase in costs.

A: They are a great firm. I love that they are local. I have 0 complaints. They are not afraid to have the tough conversations. Good, Bad or Ugly you will get the truth.

A: We will be renewing our contract. I don’t see us changing anytime soon.

A: I have 4 communities that Fowler runs. All different time periods but average about 1 yr. I have referred his company business for 3+ years with good feedback.

A: I like that when I call someone answers. Fowler is big enough to operate like larger firm, which helps with vendors but small and enough where the service is still individualized.

A: We discuss each project. We weigh out cost versus quality at each time. Meaning some things aren’t that important and we procure a budget solution. Other items are a priority and we feel the extra expense is the path to take. For example, a roof leak, needs the best guy, and needs to be a one-time repair.

A: Blake is very responsive. His network of vendors and repair teams are immediate response.
I’ve been through many managers, because smaller properties tend to be as demanding as larger ones (So I’ve heard), and don’t pay as well.
I can’t think of anything that I’d like to see different.

A: We’ll stick with Blake forever.
I’d also like to add Blake has been an excellent source of information. I’ve been in some rough spots with my condo, over the years, he always seems to have the perfect answer or solution.
He’s also helped me out on some other real estate projects. He’s a great asset to our community.
